Stepping out for some cinematic goodness, Courteney Cox showed up at the Hollywood premiere of her latest directorial effort ?Just Before I Go? last night (April 20).

Joined by her ?Friends? gal pal Jennifer Aniston, the ?Scream? starlet was all smiles as she mingled with Laura Dern, Evan Ross and designer Jen Meyer.

?Just Before I Go? stars Seann William Scott and Olivia Thirlby and is slated to hit theaters on April 24th. Per the synopsis, ?On the verge of giving up on life, a guy travels to his hometown to make amends.?
