Bill Hader returned to host Saturday Night Live. As expected, the former SNL cast member brought his numerous alter egos along for the ride and the delight of the audience. High expectations as Bill Hader returned for the first time as host of the show. His last appearance on SNL was the 39th season finale episode where he reprised his Stefon character to give his “husband” Seth Meyers a send-off to “Late Night.” This time around, all eyes and attention were on Hader. His opening monologue was quickly crashed first by Kristen Wiig — his costar in the new movie ‘The Skeletal Twins’ — who encouraged him to fulfill a dream; to sing live on SNL.
