This year's top musical artists just keep finding new ways, both good and bad, to stay in the media spotlight, and Justin Bieber has done it again...selecting from the "bad" category.
Today's (November 8) reports state that the 19-year-old was caught spray painting graffiti on the side of a building while in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
According to E! News, The pop singer was reportedly charged after a three-day testimony. Justin was held with everyone involved, including photogs who took snapshots of him painting, police officers, and security personnel.
However, North American fans of the "teenie bopper" can rest easy tonight, as Justin only faces a fine. He does not face any jail time for the charge, and he will return to the States to tour again very soon.
