After a long legal battle, it looks like Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry will soon be reaching a final custody judgement.
In a report put out by TMZ on Monday (June 4), the custody evaluation, which will help the judge determine who is a better fit as Nahla's primary parent has been completed and submitted to the judge and it looks like the cards are stacked in "Catwoman" star's favor.
According to sources, the custody evaluator who is a psychologist has performed extensive interviews with both parents, their 4-year-old daughter and others and believes that although Gabriel and Nahla have an undeniable love for each other, he may not be the best fit parent due to personal issues.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, the Academy Award-winning actress hasn't been quiet about her plans to move over seas to Paris, France where celebrities obtain better privacy, but what will this hearing mean for her potential move?
It seems that as long as the 45-year-old actress is granted custody, the move to the City of Lights is her decision if she chooses. Under California law, the judge is not allowed to tell Miss Berry whether she can or cannot move to France, he just has to determine what parent is in the "best interest" for Nahla to live with full time.
The judge is set to finalize the custody agreement later this month.
