The ?Party in the USA? babe and her hunky beau looked picture perfect as they hammed it up at the City of West Hollywood Park in Beverly Hills.
Miss Cyrus donned a Roberto Cavalli gown teamed with Jimmy Choo heels and a Judith Leiber clutch while Liam stuck to the classic black suit.
The Elton John AIDS Foundation fete was sponsored by Wells Fargo, Neuro, and Chopard, and had quite an impressive guest list.
