Pippa Middleton: Starbucks Sexy

Looking for a caffeinated pick-me-up, Pippa Middleton was spotted hitting up a Starbucks caf� in London, England today (July 7).

Sporting a floral dress with black sunglasses and a black jacket, the Duchess of Cambridge?s sister did her best to ignore the paparazzi as she made her way down the street to take care of her day?s to-do list.

And given that Pippa?s posterior is the object of much envy, International Movement Consultant Ivana Daniell has offered advice on how to get a bottom like Miss Middleton?s- Pilates.

Daniell explained, ?It?s a great workout routine for those who spend endless hours glued to their desks. When combined with an appropriate diet, Pilates is the best method to achieve a lean and toned body. It increases body flexibility and enhances co-ordination.?
