Reportedly, the ?Dear John? actor was busted for not wearing a seatbelt and talking on his cell phone while driving, which is a no-no in the state of California.
In other news, Mr Tatum is said to be gearing up to undergo hip surgery after suffering from an injury while training for his role as a Roman soldier for his latest flick ?The Eagle.?
